FLOOR-GUARD 101 -WB Clear Acrylic Satin for Concrete

A periodically applied clear acrylic sealer -finish. "Floor-Guard 101 WB" is an economical way to give your concrete hallway and warehouse floors a "sweep-able" soft gloss finish. Use on interior or exterior surfaces. Normal serviceable duration, 1 to 2 years.

FLOOR-GUARD 102-WB Clear Urethane Gloss Finish

This interior or exterior single component acrylic- urethane floor finish gives a hi-gloss finish that resist s heavy traffic, most common chemicals and wear from rubber tires. Use this on new concrete or to give new life to old coatings! Normal serviceable duration, 2 to 4 years.

FLOOR-GUARD 201 -WB Pigmented Acrylic for Wood or Concrete

This interior or exterior single component acrylic floor finish gives a lasting satin gloss finish that resist s heavy traffic, most common chemicals and wear from rubber tires. Use on interior or exterior surfaces. Normal serviceable duration, 2 to 3 years.

This hi-solids water based two part catalyzed epoxy floor finish gives a long lasting gloss, super durable finish that resist oils and solvents. This system comes with a 3 year material and labor *warranty against chipping and peeling . Normal serviceable duration, 4 to 6 years.

FLOOR-GUARD 106-S Clear & 206-S Pigmented Epoxy Gloss Finish

This hi-solids solvent based two part catalyzed epoxy floor finish gives a long lasting hi-gloss, super durable finish that resist oils and solvents. This system comes with a 3 year material and labor *warranty against dulling, chipping and peeling . Normal serviceable duration, 4 to 6 years

FLOOR-GUARD 108-SL Clear & 208-SL Pigmented Self Leveling Epoxy

This premium grade system is ideal for very worn, rutted , or spalded floors. T his coating can be poured and allowed to self level up to 30 mils thick to fix the worst floors. This system comes with a 5 year material and labor *warranty against dulling, chipping and peeling.

Warranty Coverage:
This warranty covers replacement of the work, material and labor, on a prorated basis only. This warranty excludes moisture and vapor related failures. This warranty does not cover previously applied coatings that these coatings may have been applied over and are failing, or caused to fail by the application of these coatings. This warranty does not cover or include the cost of removal of any previously applied failed(ing) coating(s) for the fulfillment of this warranty.
