UL-325 Gate Program!                     

ABR has created a new Property Gate Survey Program to help the Self-Storage Industry comply with UL-325 Standards. This comprehensive program includes a site visit by one of our certified technicians who will perform a Five-Point Maintenance and Inspection of all your gates and complete a General Service and Safety Review specifically designed to ensure compliance with UL-325 Safety Standards.

Our technicians will provide a detailed report for your property records documenting the current safety of your gates and recommended repairs. Included in the report are: motor condition, pedestrian photo eye, vehicle loop safety, entrapment hazards, type of gate access system and software for future trouble shooting, smooth operation of your gates and pedestrian gate operation.
